  DATA CONTROLLER  
The Data Controller of your personal data is the organizer of the conference: Business Service Galop Krystyna Gołąbek, 7/XIV Ordona St., 40-164 Katowice. Business Service Galop Krystyna Gołąbek, with its registered seat at 7/XIV Ordona St., 40-164 Katowice, is responsible for the technical aspects of the conference organization.

 

  DATA PROTECTION OFFICER  
The Data Protection Officer has been appointed to be contacted in any matters regarding the protection of your personal data due to the organization of the conference: Mr Piotr Juzoń (pjuzon@abidata.pl). You may also contact the Data Controller directly.

 

  PURPOSE OF AND GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING  
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and implementing the conference participation agreement. Moreover, your personal data may also be used for the purposes specified in separate and completely voluntary consents, e.g. marketing consents.

 

  DATA RECIPIENTS  
Your personal data may be transferred and made available exclusively to entities authorized under the applicable provisions of law, e.g.: courts, law enforcement bodies, tax authorities and other public entities, at their request based on appropriate legal bases. Your personal data may also be transferred to entities which process them at the request of the Data Controller, so-called data processors, e.g.: entities providing IT, telecommunications, postal and other services, however, the transfer of such data may occur only when they are able to adequately protect your rights, and to other entities involved in the provision of the service (e.g. hotels, transportation or multimedia services).

 

  PERIOD OF DATA RETENTION  
Your personal data may be kept for a period required by the provisions of law – 6 years for accounting documentation, while in the case of marketing data – until withdrawing a consent or filing an objection.

 

  RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS  
You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify or delete your personal data, the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, the right to transfer your personal data and the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. The rights listed above may be limited when we are obliged by law to process data to comply with any statutory obligation, e.g. the Accounting Act. In the case of video surveillance, such limitations may also result from the lack of technical capabilities. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority whenever it seems to you that the processing of your personal data infringes the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

 

  INFORMATION ON THE REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE DATA  
The provision of your personal data is voluntary, although in some cases it may be required by the provisions of law.
